If for any reason you need to cancel the booking, we require 48 hours notice by email and you will be given 365 days from the initial booking to claim your experience. We do not accept returns.
If you are later than 15 minutes past your booking time, it will be discounted from your flying time to avoid delays with others clients with bookings.
